I found a crack while assembling...ㅠㅠ
The pole was partially damaged, and I received no response from the seller. It's also not good quality, this pole is ready for the trash after a few months!
It’s perfect. Easy to set up and install solo and my cats love it!!!! I’ve never got to see them climb vertically before and i regret it. Delivery took a month though so that was very slow
It's a bit wobbly - i think the top threaded rod needs to be longer so it goes through both ends of the top post to keep it a bit more rigid. Easy fix with a trip to the hardware store. Otherwise it's great! Easy enough to assemble, no broken bits and good packaging. The item did take around 3 months to arrive though. Also, one of my cats is around 7kg (he's a longboi) and the platforms flex considerably with him on it. If your cat is on the heavier side definitely let the seller know so they send you extra thick ply-wood for the platforms.
There's no manual, but it's easy to assemble and cheap, lol.
